I'm looking at renting a house on the beach for my hors d'ourves and cocktails reception (of about 80-100 people). To be honest, I have no idea how much room I need. The house is just over 3000 sq ft has a "butler's kitchen" which I totally dig, and others who have held weddings here have mentioned using the area under the house (it's on stilts), but no one mentions the number of guests they had. Average temps are highs around 70, lows around 55 for the day I'm getting married. So I guess my question boils down to: how much room do you need per person?
