Recommendations for Cutting/Polishing Company

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has experience with a particular firm that processed their rough diamond, and want to share what their experience was like - I'm not sure how to choose the right processor.

I couldn't find this elsewhere but I'm new to the site so feel free to say if I'm posting (or looking!) in the wrong place.
