I love this ring & have been watching it for a while. I would covet a Columbian emerald! Sadly I don't have the budget at the moment

I believe that the jeweller who appraised it said that emeralds are typically oiled, but he didnt mention any other treatment and there's nothing mentioned on the written appraisal (he's a trained gemmologist and does all kinds of tests on gemstones as part of the appraisal process).
