In the interests of moving these last 2 pieces quickly, because my hands are overflowing with other responsibilities right now, I'm dropping the price on the last two items.

The cherries Clogau charm is now $100.

The Jeff White 1.78ct golden sapphire is now $900. That's an unbelievable deal, since I bought it at $1850 and it was worth every penny then.

Please don't make me offers on these two pieces. These prices represent as low as I'm going.

Contact details are on LoupeTroop:

Firstly, a Clogau charm; a pair of cherries. It's 9kt rose and yellow gold, but I've had them double plated (so it lasts much longer) with 18kt yellow and they look smashing! it's roughly 12mm x 11mm, not including the bale.

It's detailed, pretty and solid, not hollow. Selling for $100. (second from the left)

And secondly, the 1.78ct, 7.37 x 7.37mm golden Jeff White sapphire. This is an amazingly cut, beautifully colored sapphire. It's highly saturated and SI clarity; the discoid feather in the pavilion is visible from the bottom of the stone, but not from the top. I bought this for $1850, selling now for $900.

I normally am not a deep yellow person, but that's a very pretty shade! Surprised you still have it.

@elizat -

I'm STAGGERED it hasn't sold. It's a gorgeous stone - a Jeff White cut gem - and it's below half price. And I thought I got a good deal when I bought it! I spoke to Jeff on the phone when I got it, and he said it was one of the best golden colored sapphires he'd seen in the last2-3 years.

I dropped it down to $900 for a quick sale. Since that hasn't happened, I will probably return the price to a good deal - not a great deal. In fact, gonna go do that right now.

That golden sapphire has been on my mind but I am hesitating because I have 3 citrine rings (my birthstone) and it's in the same color family. I know the cut would far surpass what I have in citrine. And my hubby is Sept birthstone.

Just to be clear for anyone else who may be considering this - a golden sapphire is nothing like a citrine (I've owned a number of citrines). It's far richer and the color much more intense. A significantly different looking stone.

And btw, @bling_dream19 - September is my DH's birthday also. Which is why I originally bought it. And yellow is his favorite color. :))

That sapphire is amazing!!! If I didn't have several projects in the works currently, I would have already bought it! I still keep coming back to look at it. Just out of curiosity, did you have a plan for it when you purchased it?

Hi @syd33 -

No, I didn't - and that was mostly the problem. It was a random purchase, made when I aready had a bunch of projects lined up. it was just so perfect, tho, that I couldn't resist it. And didn't, as it turned out.

The Jeff White golden sapphire is SOLD.

The Clogau cherries charm is WITHDRAWN.

So that's it for me, folks. Many thanks to all who bought these lovely pieces that deserved a loving home. :wavey:
