Reputable vendors in Europe for tiny studs ?

Long shot maybe , but I would love a tiny pair of bezel-set diamond studs in platinum, and I don't know where to start looking ! .16-.20 tcw is my ideal size and Blue Nile, which is the only one I know, starts at twice that size. I also know Tiffany has them in .16, which is perfect, but they are quite expensive, but will probably end up purchasing them if I can't find better.
Any advice welcome

This is the sort of purchase that I would be ok doing at a standard bricks and mortar store, maybe? I have a pair of 0.33ctw studs that I wear daily to work, they came from Mappin and Webb (many years ago when they were still regarded as “high end” high street).

Ditto this (including the fact that my daily wear studs are also Mappin & Webb!).
