Reset of my 4 carat princess from halo to plain

OMG, it has taken me forever to work out how to get a picture up here!!!!

Anyway, this is my ring that at first I wasnt happy with but fell in love after the reset.

I love the way it shows almost no metal and presents as feminine and delicate. Overall Im happy with the way it turned out....although there are some tiny things that I might have redone differently...but maybe not. I had better not go there because I got in enough trouble for resetting this as it was very controversial in my home.

I get lots of compliments and Im very happy with my set!!!!

ps I got a 3 pointer eternity ring to wear with my er but it was too big. So I did have it resized which made the size perfect, but the band is a little wonky, but not too noticable.

I love it! A beautiful huge stone like that deserves a pedastool of its own. Good choice with going plain. AND I LOVE MAKEUP

Curiousity got the best of me and I looked up the old ring.

No wonder you wanted to reset. It just seemed soooo bulky in the pics and looked a lot like those CZ rings you see in the department stores. With a blue sapphire or red ruby that could be a fun ring to wear on special occasions, no?
