Hi all,
I''ve been a long-time lurker, and recently posted to get feedback on a stone I was interested in. I did end up choosing the stone in question, and my ring is now here. I''d like to share the final piece.
Thanks to Mark T at engagementringsdirect.com for finding me a stone with my specs in my budget. He was helpful, prompt and professional. The setting is from antiqueengagementrings.com (It''s my understanding that Mark and Leigh sometimes work together, ie: notice that Leigh''s settings also are available through ERD).
Mark coordinated the whole process for me, and was very accomodating of my questions (and inevitable mind changes BTW, during my research and decision process, I was also in contact with Tim at GOG and Bob at WF... both were very prompt and helpful. I would never have found such great vendors if it wasn''t for PS.
Stone specs:
Cushion Brilliant
7.39 x 6.77 x 3.96
1.50 carats
depth: 58.5
table: 52
girdle: very thin to thick, faceted
culet: none
polish: vg
symmetry: g
clarity: VS2
color: H
flourescence: none
