Hello!

I had seen some positive feedback about RingDesigner.com and the owner Greg so decided to purchase my wedding band from him since he had what I was looking for. That was a week and a half ago or more and havent gotten any response back after my order...can''t even get a hold of him via phone as it just rings off the hook with no answer. This has been going on for a couple days and getting worried since my wedding is getting closer and I may be wasting my time tracking him down for a response when I should be ordering my ring.

Anyone have similar issues with this vendor?

Thank You!

i''ve never heard of that vendor. have you paid any $? if not, take your business elsewhere.

What sort of ring are you looking for? Most designs are available from the different vendors here on PS.

They were actually recommended a couple of times here in the forums on Pricescope and thought they would be a safe bet seeing this.

I''m still trying to contact them but doesn''t look good. Just thought that maybe someone might be able to let me know if they are out of business and just left their website up etc.

Thanks Again!

really, you''ve heard them recommended here? i''ve been on this forum 3 years and have never heard of the company. doing a quick search doesn''t lead to much either. i don''t think they''ve ever particpated here, so chances are they aren''t going to see your thread. Like Todd said, what are you looking for, there are plenty of reputable vendors out there who i''m sure can help get you want you want.

I''m looking for a 4MM Size 8 3/4 Mens Platinum band with a milgrain edge. I know there are many jewelers that carry this including Tiffany. So far Tiffany was shockingly the cheapest besides RingDesigner which is out of the picture now. $1,350 and upwards is what I have seen everywhere and Tiffany was around $1,200. I may just have to go with Tiffany as they were the cheapest and would probably be able to get the ring to me the quickest as they should have it in inventory somewhere close to me.

Sometimes it''s as simple as going on vacation, there have been times when I''ve gone on a trip thinking that I''d have full access to my email and messages only to have things go awry when I got to my destination.

Hmm, thanks for the heads up...Sorry you have to go through this. So have you completely decided on Tiffany?
I''m disappointed because I was considering their LotR Elvish bands for our wedding rings.

Haven''t made up my mind completely but did find more info about them by some google searches. Found that a lot of people paid for rings and could never get a hold of them and had to dispute with their CC companies to get their money back. Also googled the company''s listed address on their website and its a residential house which is also showing up on a Foreclosure site as being for sale. That might explain the no response for some time that I and others have been experiencing. I''ll update again if I hear anything back from them but I highly doubt I will at this point.
