Round brilliant or cushion modified cut?

Hi guys,

Could you please help me decide which one is a better stone in terms of sparkle and overall performance. I am leaning towards the Cushion but the Round brilliant has a larger spread.

Here is a relative size difference between the two stones. I think it will show up on a size 6 1/2 finger (my default) but you can change
it to your finger size.

To be honest, I like them both. The RB has a 35 crown with a 41 pavilion which isnt the best combo but it looks fine to me
in the video (if we're not being too picky).

I like the cushion too because it is different but still has pretty nice light return. I think it depends on what you value more...
size (lower color though) or something a little more unique but smaller. In general, round brilliants will have the best sparkle
but this cushion will also be nice IMO.

Comparing both stones. I prefer the cushion. It's got a lovely outline, it's white and it like Tyty has said it has pretty nice light return.

Thank you so much for your comment tyty333, to be honest I do find the cushion more unique and interesting and willing to sacrifice the size. It looks like a real sparkler too. The RB has overall good cut but I have a K already, my engagement ring. So I am willing to go for something unusual and an F colour which looks so crisp.
