Salton Jewelry Spa???

I received Frontgate''s version of the Salton Jewelry Spa for Christmas from my hubby and it is AMAZING! Does anyone else have one? It has a heated cleaner and a steamer and is safe for pave and even soft stones like opals and emeralds. It has done an incredible job cleaning my jewelry, far better than my ultrasonic cleaner. If you have one do you use the Salton powdered cleaner always or will something else work? Can you still order that cleaner? I don''t see that it is available from Frontgate.

This is what mine looks like. Hubby ordered it from frontgate.com, but it looks like they are backordered now. It looks just like the Salton Jewelry Spa though and the cleaner that came with the unit is theirs. It looks like you can buy them from jewelryspa.com. Anyway it has a dual cleaning system with an electro-chemical bath and pressurized steam cleaning. I don''t think that the electro-chemical cleaning process vibrates the jewelry like an ultrasonic. When I did a search on pricescope there were some old threads about the Salton cleaner that indicated it was safe for pave and other delicate jewelry.

I have the Salton Jewelry Spa and I agree that it does an amazing job cleaning jewelry. The cleaner part broke shortly after I got it though. The steamer still works I think but I haven''t touched it in a year. I have 3 bottles of the powder cleaner that I''ll never use. I wish I could send it to you!

Gosh Orbaya I hope my machine lasts longer than yours did! And it is too bad we don''t have any way for you to send me your cleaner. I guess I better not stock up too much on the stuff just in case.
