Is it possible that the GIA diamond for sale on the idiamonds.com website has the same GIA certificate number as my diamond ???

I could see it being possible IF you’ve only just bought/received your diamond and it is listed with a number of sites that haven’t updated yet that that stone has been sold.
Does the one listed on idiamonds have the same dimensions and grading as the GIA certificate you have?

everything is the same as mine, size, I cut everything, I bought it yesterday in Antwerp, browsing on the websites, I found this on idiamants.com identical to mine ...

They might not have removed the listing from the inventory yet perhaps? If something did try to purchase it, then they will probably be informed that the diamond has sold once the vendor tries to confirm the inventory.

It isn't surprising to see same diamonds listed on multiple sites as the vendors don't own the diamond in house. Perhaps it doesn't immediately update when the diamond gets sold with another vendor.

If you just bought it yesterday, it’s still listed in virtual inventory and will eventually be marked not available.

I am afraid of having been scammed, because I bought a 1.04ct ring, but when he showed me the GIA code on the diamond you could only see the numbers, not the GIA writing, because it was covered by the ring setting

Virtual inventory.
Very common and nothing to worry about. My own diamond remained listed on other vendors’ sites for over a month after it was on my finger.
Just speaks to how slowly inventory lists are updated (and why buying off the virtual inventory is such a headache).

I have shared this story before, however it is apropos to yours because it illustrates the reality that many sites list the diamonds on the market.

I once sold a perfectly square princess x.xx by x.xx to 0.01mm. Very rare as there is almost always a variance in the measurements. I sold it on a Friday, and on Monday my client called me back demanding a refund or to take the diamond back as he had found it for $400.00 less on another website. since I had only recently purchased the diamond, I called my vendor and asked What the Heck?

He told me that the vendor who had listed his diamond so cheaply could not even buy from him since he never paid on time and was a real PIA to deal with.

I called my client back, told him I already owned the diamond and that the other vendor never could have gotten it to sell so his price was bogus. As a joke I also said, "Besides, when I don't have a diamond, it is $800 less..."

I can't tell you how many times I've had a diamond in my inventory that was still showing as available on one or more of these database driven sites.....

As a joke I also said, "Besides, when I don't have a diamond, it is $800 less..."

Oh yea Wink??
Well, we're $1000 less when we don't have the stone:)

I contact the website, and the diamond is sold

This happens all the time and it makes me nuts. It also happens with vehicle inventories.
