This ring was sold to me new as a 1.68ct natural sapphire with approx. .10-.12 ct each diamonds. It is hallmarked 18k and is white gold. Beautiful hand engraving all the way around with very dainty milgrain on the edges. There are yellow gold swirls and a heart shape in the gallery on each side. The ring is a size 7. It is in beautiful condition as it has seen hardly any wear. The sapphire is a lovely color blue and the diamonds are very white and sparkly. It is a beautiful ring!
