Sapphire halo cluster ring

I suspect a big stone was removed and replaced with the non old mine cuts bc only the lower 3 are old cuts. I am debating whether I should keep as is or try to restore to its former glory—which I wonder about. Is it a reproduction—I have seen many similar Ivy and Rose mounts.
