For Sale Sapphire ring in platinum diamond setting

I recently had this stone set in a mounting I found preloved. It's not going to be worn with the sapphire ring I had made by Caysie.

So, I am going to list it.

Sapphire is 2.75 carats, heated treated, no certificate from Leenagem of Sri Lanka. I purchased it direct.

Mounting is platinum, with over a carat of diamonds. Heavy, over 15 grams. I just paid for it to be spiffed up, polished and it is a 7.25 in size.

The halo measures 12.5 mm wide x 13.5 high. At it widest, the band is 5.2 mm where it meets the halo.

I paid $1250 for the stone, $575 for the mounting and another $430 for the setting of the stone and the clean up.

I am hoping to sell for $2k but am open to a reasonable offer.

Beautiful ring - darn that I just spent budget for at least until after Christmas. I'll keep an eye on your post and listing though, and if it's still available later.... who knows.

I dropped the price on this to $1500 on a flash sale. That's less than I've got in it by a good measure, but I would like to put the funding towards another purchase.
