Anyone have Scanpan cookware? I just ordered a whole bunch of it and wanted to get some feedback if anyone has it...Thanks!

I think I own some and I really like it!!!

I have had trouble with my scanpans. They are temperamental in my opinion and need to be treated with care.
I have teenagers that cook and scanpans and them do not mix!!!
You need to follow the directions re tempreture and i have found that using olive oil is a no no.
Also using metal utensils is a big no no as they scratch.
I personally prefer Anolon and Calphalon

Hmm...I think that''s the first negative I''ve seen about them. I hope I haven''t made a mistake

Look if you treat them with care I''m sure they will be fine.

.
Calphalon and Anolon are much more forgiving IMO and cheaper.
Enjoy your cookware but DON''T use olive oil as it has a low smoking point and burns into the surface. Use oil with high smoking point like Rice bran oil or Safflower (I think)

Well I''m the only one who cooks in our house (and I don''t do it as much as I should lol) so I''ll just try to be careful with them!
