Scarves

I have quite a collection of scarves and it seems I can go months without wearing one. But. That one day I wear a scarf, I feel the urge to rotate through my inventory. It''s like a phase for me. How do you wear scarves?

In the fall/winter I am more inclined to tie it in an ascot and tuck it inside my dress shirt with a jacket over.
In the spring it''s more of a square handkerchief tied at the neck, laying off to the side, or a long thin scarf just yoked around my neck - hanging in the front.
How do you?

i''m one of the "you mean to keep warm in the winter?" people. i wear them at work and when i''m out but just during winter to keep warm. i do, however, have a cute patterned silk scarf that i wear as a belt every once in a long while.

Love ''em in the winter! and gloves! and yeah, I''m in So Cal but wear them a lot in the winter.

I actually just bought a cute kelly green, white and yellow one today to use to tie around a purse handle or ponytail. I have some cute patent green kitten heel sandals and wanted a touch of green on my purse without being too matchy-matchy.

I have quite a few but don''t often wear them. When I do, it''s most often as a belt or headband. Sometimes at the beach I will wear one (or a bandana) to keep my scalp from burning (big chunks of post-burnt skin flaking off and sticking throughout the hair is not a good look! lol).

i wear one almost daily. in the summer i keep one in the car just in case it cools down. i find that i like the look and i appreciate ability to keep my neck warm when a breeze kicks up or i''m in a cold movie theatre.

Oh... I forgot I bought long aqua one at Macy's... one for summer kinda like this for a pop of color when wearing neutrals. I couldn't decide between the aqua or striped hot pink and white. I went with aqua because it matched a multi-color Fossil belt I got.
