Welcome back to Las Vegas and JCK 2012, where the diamonds, gems, jewelry and topics are as hot as the weather! It's the second year this long-running annual show has been hosted at Mandalay Bay ~ and everything seems to be running smoothly.

JCK provides a great opportunity to reunite with familiar friends and to create new relationships. Many of us who contribute to Pricescope spend time together, and we always enjoy visiting with the facilitators of this site; Andrey, Linh ~ and of course Erika and her husband Peter.

The show's many exhibit halls feature companies from all industry sectors advertising and conducting business - while different educational sessions and organizational meetings take place through the day and night.

And of course there are plenty of things to do and see away from the convention floor in Vegas...

It has been such a great week, reuniting with great people and making new friends. It was especially nice to meet so many of the Pricescope consumer enthusiasts at Andrey's second JCK Get-Together!

With all of the cameras present I imagine that not everything that happened in Vegas this week will stay in Vegas ... but I'm inclined to think we were all relatively well-behaved.



With that said, I hope others will share their experiences, insights and images here. It has been a whirlwind week and - I hope - fun for everyone involved!

What a great night we all had.
No photo's of the three from the AGS lab team?
here is an action shot - everyone talking at the same time - several threads running at once. Got rather noisy at times.
I demo'ed some 3D video's on a new polarising lap top.

What a wonderful party!! Many thanks to the organizers, vendors and hosts who did a fabulous job and created a memorable party in such a gorgeous suite!! It was very fun to meet up with old friends, make new ones, and in my case, especially to meet Jim Schultz in person. He is the exceptionally kind man who sold me my current stone. Meeting him reminded me that I want to do another project - !

Had a lovely trip in Las Vegas and definitely appreciate the PS family which is gaining such reputation far and wide. Thank you!!!

WOo Hoo! We can room together and strategize our corporate plan - world domination of the wine/yoga sector --- nothing but total take over for us!

I sure hope I can go next year too, not so sure my DH would be up for a day or two of total jewellry talk - he'd be out of the building faster than Elvis would!
