Searching for just pictures?

Is there any way that in the advanced search option you can add a search by author''s pictures?

I don''t need to see every thread someone''s ever posted on, but sometimes I want to find a pic they may have posted in a random thread that I remember seeing. I think that would be a great help AND time saver.
