Oh Albi!! I do like them!! That was sooo thoughtful! Thanks for posting!! I know, I haven''t had a second to think about PS for awhile now. Work is burying me with long exhausting days ...
I hope your wedding planning is going well, I''ll have to check in to BIW when I have another spare minute.
Oh!! and I almost forgot. My bf and I have an appointment on Mar. 18th to look at some stones for my dream ring!!!
I also found out that a band doesn''t really work with that ring. Boo. But I think that''s the one we are going with anyway. (We are also meeting with a different salesperson, from when we originally saw the ring, and managed to get a quote $2,000 less on the setting.
But for the most part, YAY!! (All I keep thinking is maybe that proposal will be in May when we go to Hawaii!! I have to tell my self to keep calm and not get disappointed if that isn''t it.)

Thank you sooo much anchor and albi!! I can''t wait to go look at stones ... next week, next week!! I have been ABSOLUTELY BURIED at work so I''m sorry I disappeared for while. I missed you all.
So a little more info on my "waiting" situation:
My bf and I celebrate 5 years together on April 2nd. We are going to the San Juan Islands for the weekend to just get away and relax. I was excited to hear that he wanted to do this, but I realize there''s no way a ring could be made in time to get a proposal while we are there.
We are going to Hawaii in May for a friend''s wedding (she''s from Hawaii) and it will be my first trip there. I realize that before this trip, there IS enough time to have a ring made (yay!) But I''m trying not to get tooo excited, especially since I doubt that he would propose while we are visiting for someone else''s wedding. It will be my very first trip to Hawaii so it will be a good trip regardless.
Then, my bf graduates from law school in June and will then start studying for the Bar Exam. He takes the bar at the end of July and then has two, count them, two whole months off until he starts working at his law firm. He, like a lot of law students, plans on using that time to go on a ridiculously cool trip before they officially sign their lives away to the firm. Well, I found out that he has been looking into booking tickets to Rome for August .... the week of my birthday. Maybe he''s planning to do it then?
Oh, man, I just don''t care anymore, whether its Rome, Hawaii, or the Seattle waterfront, I just want to be engaged to the greatest guy already!!
I''ll give you an update on how the stone shopping goes. Again, I can''t wait!! I wonder if they''ll let me take pictures.... 7 days and counting!!
P.S. Albi, I really like the pictures I''ve seen of your wedding band. And yes, it is a shame that you don''t get to wear it sooner!! (I was cracking up when I read that.)
