Hi All,

After weeks of research and deliberating I’ve come down to 2 final diamonds from James Allen.

The first is a 0.76 ct, round brilliant, excellent cut, F, VS1 ( multiple crystals and needles on 20x magnification). Really happy with the price. Believe this will sparkle more due to its cut/proportions and believe the clarity impurities will have no impact. Only issues is that I do not have access to an Ideal Scope.

The second is a 0.78 ct, round brilliant, excellent cut, E, VVS2 (feather). Slightly more expensive, but overall happy with price. Dimensions and Ideal Scope is below.

Does one stand out more than the other to you guys?! Sparkle is the most important feature for my partner at this stage. I’m surprising her, so wanting the best.

Please see GIA reports below for both of them:

Any input and opinion will be much appreciated. Thanks all!

By the numbers alone, you've selected some potential winners.
If it's sparkle (fire?) that you're after, then maybe the 40.6/35.5/56 would be the better option.
I don't think you can go wrong with either, as long as there isn't anything wonky going on with facet alignments and whatnot.
