Seeking Suggestions - Harry Winston Emerald Baguette Ring Replica

Hi All - My partner and I looked at a bunch of rings and she fell in love with this Harry Winston Ring (Classic Winston Emerald-Cut Engagement Ring with Tapered Baguette Side Stones). I also know she is looking for emerald lab grown stone, so I plan to use Adiamor or B2C to buy the stone.

1) Are there any well known jewelers who can make this specific Harry Winston ring for us and allow us provide a stone (or even better, have us buy a stone and ship to them for a quick review and analysis before going ahead?)

2) My partner is particular on trying to have the ring be as close to the HW design, which I know may not be possible except with the best jewelers - I was pointed to ID Jewelers in NYC from Reddit (I live in Manhattan) - anyone else made HW rings from them or have good experience showing a design to be replicated?

They have lab stones, David has a great eye for fancy cuts, and they have a great bench that can do really lovely settings. David started his diamond career at HW, back in the day, if I remember right. He can bring in stones for you to see and you can pick them. He has competitive pricing and honestly, for fancy cuts, I trust his eye way more than supplier videos.
