OK, so i''m so delighted and honored that a friend from high school (who attends the same college as I) confided in me that he had put a hold on an engagement for his GF! He was describing it to me, and wanted to know my opinion. He said "I don''t even know what she wants" and she had previously mentioned just wanting a "plain solitare. nothing expensive. I''d rather have a house." Which I relayed to him. Which is exactly what he got her. He said it''s a .72ct princess cut g color, vvs2 set in white gold.
He called me today because he went and picked up the ring. He''s so nervous about it all, and she has no idea (I think besides his mom, I''m the only other one to know). He said he''ll probably propose on Saturday.. so everyone send a little fairy dust and best wishes his way.
It''s so cute how nervous he is.. I hope everything goes ok for him. They are one of the most precious couples
