So I posted a while back on a diamond I had Brian Gavin recut that I was giving to my son to propose to his girlfriend. Well he proposed over the weekend and she said yes. Diamond is .68 ct with a 5.63 mm diameter.Setting is a Coast Diamond setting that he picked out. Finger size is 6.5 I think it came out beautifull. And I'm getting a beautiful daughter-in-law

Wow I found your original thread, that's absolutely insane. Brian did a crazily amazing job and it didn't suffer too much weight loss either. I'm sure with how well cut it looks bigger anyway. I don't suppose you have the ASET for it?

Wow, that's really quite the significant improvement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You must be absolutely thrilled. I think the thing I am most impressed by is how reasonably priced it is to get this done considering you really don't lose that much diamond weight and the ASET is like... wow. Thank you everyone. You are all so sweet. It's a wonderful moment to enjoy and am so happy that the diamond is being passed on. I have 4 boys so I know nothing about the daugher-in-law/engagment thing. I have other good news but can't post it. The info would identify me. Keep your fingers crossed because there are a few more steps but I am almost there.
