Shoes Found

I think I finally found the shoes to go with my dress. I have been looking ever since I bought the dress, but just haven''t been able to find anything that clicked. I wanted a summery, strappy shoe with a lower heel. Checked my email today and I had a $10 coupon from shoebuy.com so I figured it wouldn''t hurt to check them out, especially since they have no sales tax, no shipping and free return shipping if the shoe doesn''t work out!

They have a ton of different sandals, so it was really hard to narrow it down to just one. These were the cheaper of the three I was looking at, so that''s what decided it for me!

I am hoping they are comfortable and look good with my dress. What do you guys think?

I sure hope they work. That would just be another thing off the list. Plus I would be able to get my dress altered (it''s too long).

The light gold is really light though, and could easily pass for ivory (At least it looks that way to me. I have not seen the ivory color in person.).

I just love Maggie Sottero''s (sp?) dresses. I really wanted one, but just couldn''t justify the price, especially considering this isn''t my first trip down the aisle!

You are getting closer to "D-Day"! Are you getting excited?! Can''t wait to see pictures and hear all about it.

Shoe update:

Well the first shoes did not work out. The color was off and the straps just did not fit right. So, I returned them to shoebuy.com (free returns!!!) and asked for the shoe below in exchange. Got them yesterday and they are perfect! The sparklies on the shoe are great and after the wedding they will be great dress up shoes. Very comfortable and not too high of a heel.

I cannot recommend shoebuy.com enough. They were very prompt in crediting my account for the old pair, sending out the new pair and giving me $10 off of the new pair!!! Plus they have free shipping, free returns and no sales tax! Can''t beat that!
