Well, I found out today that my upgraded e-ring which was supposed to have been delivered today was not shipped out yesterday like I was told it was going to be. My ring size (4.5) meant that the ring had to be custom made so there was a delay.

It''s really no biggie, I guess, but I have been so pumped up waiting since I ordered it two Mondays ago (10 days). When it was ordered, it was mentioned that I might have it by the "end of the week," since it was an in-stock item so of course, I started salivating immediately.

Here it is Wednesday of the next week and I was sure I''d have it by now and on my finger!!

Anyways, Saturday is the arrival date. It works better for me and I requested that even if it got done tonight that they deliver it Saturday because I had made special arrangements for getting my son to pre-school early and with my work schedule today to accept the package from Fedex and I really didn''t want to have to worry about it tomorrow. Poor kid. I felt bad hurrying him, but I didn''t want the ring sitting around in some warehouse overnight if I missed the delivery.

Two more days isn''t going to kill anyone, right?

2 days is only 48 hours...2 sleeps....not tht big of a deal...you can make it!! Just don''t let the anticipation kill you!

s95...sorry to hear about your plight...how discouraging....My EC stone only has 4 prongs and feels very tight within the setting, but you need to do what''s going to make you happy! If any having 4 prongs is going to drive you crazy, then you need to return it and have it redone. There''s no point in being unhappy and always worrying as to whether your diamond is "safe."
