No idea - I got the rec for the place from a pricescoper so I thought they were a good place to buy.Date: 5/16/2010 10:19:54 PM

Hmmm... They are inexpensive... too inexpensive to me. Does that company guarantee that (h) heat means only heat and not anything else? I have a suspicion that they are glass filled at that price, but I certainly wouldn''t say that definitively...
Absolutely no way. David Weinberg wouldn't risk his reputation. He discloses all treatments.Date: 5/16/2010 10:19:54 PM

Yes - bought #3. Don''t have a big budget now so we''ll see how it looks. I understand this won''t be top of the line. I just want a pretty stone that "is" a ruby. It is my birthstone.Date: 5/19/2010 9:55:03 AM

Multicolour is a very reputable vendor who discloses treatment. If it is glass filled, they will note that upfront. As for the stones:
Ruby 1 = too dark and too purple. I’m not sure if the inclusions will bother you and if they will be obvious in person.
Ruby 2 = looks to be better than #1 but still purple and not symmetrical
Ruby 3 = sold?
In terms of colour, I consider these to be purplish red sapphires and not rubies. However, for the price, one cannot expect a ruby colour either.
