So after about 4 months and an overload of information to my brain, I''ve finally finished my search for an engagement ring. BTW, I had no idea how much there is to learn and how much time it takes to pick one out. I started from scratch by researching online to get the basic foundation of knowledge and proceeded to visit a few local jewelers. I finally decided with the help from PS’s forum to buy online. With the constant referrals on PS, ended up going through Mark at ERD and everything I had read about him was right on the money. Super nice guy and took the time to answer all my questions and he hit all of my many ‘goals’ as far as spec’s for my diamond. After receiving the loose stone I then began looking for a setting and after a few weeks, found one online that I liked. It had a smooth modern/contemporary feel to it and so I printed it and had it made locally, so that’s where I’m at now. I haven’t given it to her just yet, but in the mean time I was wondering your thoughts on how I did??. Thanks in advance.
