I started the 30 day shred.
This morning I finished day 6 (level 1). The first couple of days I felt AWFUL. It isn''t as bad now. I''m able to make it through the entire workout AND I can move (reasonably) comfortably during the day.
On Friday my weight was 157.6 -- this morning I was at 153.2. It has been great watching my weight creep down this last week (this morning was .2 pounds less than yesterday
). Pants are feeling better too and I feel like my back is more toned (less excess flabby bits).
Haven''t done much with my diet. Eating pretty much the same, just trying to pay more attention to when I am full.
