Hi Kenny:

When I saw your photos on the other thread, I thought your diamond was a Solasfera but you didn''t confirm. It looks just like mine ... in that tension setting it''s absolutely GORGEOUS! Can you post specs, please? And hand shots?

Isn''t it amazing how much color the diamond throws-off from every angle? I don''t find the Solasfera look to be chaotic at all - in my thread, I posted that my diamond has a consistent and organized light pattern, and the arrows are amazing!

One reason I like the Solasfera is it never misses a chance to bling.
It is a light vacuum.
I''ll try to post a pic of the ideascope shot, it is solid and even blood red.

Solasferas have more facets, and 10 H+As instead of 8.
There are more sparkles, each being slightly smaller.
To me a Solasfera has the light return of a superb round brilliant with some of the vibration, jitter and excitement that you see in a good cushion.

I''m going to try to get more closeups.

It is Gelin Abaci style TR-005x in brushed platinum.

It is .211 inch at the stone and it tapers down to .181 inch at the other side.

In metric that is 5.4 mm tapering down to 4.6 mm.

The diamond’s diameter is over 6 mm.

I got a Sarin report with this stone and the HCA came out to 1.0

Lumpkin, no engagement, just a ring for me, a 50 year old man.
