SOLD Birks Antique Floral Engraved Platinum Band w/ Box

Next listing is for a gorgeous antique platinum floral engraved band that comes with a Birks blue velvet ring box (please see pictures). The platinum band measures approximately 2mm in width and includes six groups of two flowers each spaced out around the ring. This ring is currently a size 7 1/2 and it is not recommended that this ring be re-sized because it would break the pattern in the floral engraving. The inside of the band is stamped "PLATINUM", "W" and "BIRKS". Asking price includes USPS Priority Mail shipping & insurance. Please let me know if you have any questions. All sales are final. It is gorgeous--and my size! How tall does it sit off the finger? Looks like a substantial band, even though its only 2mm.

I will check the height of this band when I go home for lunch today and post it here. I wouldn't say it sits super high off the finger but it does have a decent weight/feel to it considering it is only 2mm wide.

Thanks for checking. I have been looking on and off for a new platinum band that isn't plain, but isn't too schmancy, either. This one is so charming!

That's exactly what I love about this band -- it definitely has some detail but it isn't so much that it takes away from any other rings you wear with it.

I checked on the height and it looks to be about 1.5mm at the tallest point (where the roses are). Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you armywife13. Too bad it wouldn't fit you... I can empathize since I'm only selling it because it's a tad bit too small for me now (after having a baby last year). Otherwise, this would be a keeper for sure.
