Okay, I concede. I keep trying and failing - apparently I'm just a steadfast single-stoner and that single stone is diamond!
4.66cts - 11.7 x 7.2mm. The cut is really unique and shows up really well IRL face-up - I assume thanks to both the size and the light colour of the material.
Stone is in brand new condition and unset. First pic is of Uli's eBay listing.

I got these jackets a few years ago to wear with my 1ctw diamond studs, but the inner diameter was a bit too small and the studs didn't quite fit. I kept them thinking I might acquire other studs that'd work better, but I never did and don't have any particular plans to, so... letting them go!
They're basically brand new - I've worn them perhaps two or three times in the years I've had them? They twinkle and glitter on the ears IRL, especially in sunlight and spotlights, but I should make clear that these are not WF/BGD-grade ideal-cut melee and they don't have the fire that my WF melee has. A few of the stones look particularly clean but most are included on close inspection. I personally think white diamond halo jackets in general look especially sweet with coloured stones and pearls - I really like the look of 'bright white dots' surrounding and contrasting with 'not-bright-white-dot' centers
I don't think the size descriptions on the Amazon/Katarina pages are terribly helpful so I'm including my own measurements. The garnet studs are not included, they're only in the pics just for size comparisons. The studs are bit too small in terms of edge-edge prong diameter (5.5mm) for a "cozy maximum" fit - IMO they're the minimum size that works with these jackets: the airline is larger and the studs' prongs don't quite (but allllmost) touch the interior walls of the jackets. I think the studs are right about perfect in terms of height from base of basket to table of stone (4.5mm). The jackets themselves are 8.9mm outer diameter and sit 4.5mm off the ear, and the holes through which to insert the posts of the stud can fit posts <=1mm thick.
