Gabriel and Co. 14k micropave diamond setting in a size 10. Sizeable.

I love this and especially the price but I wear a size 6, do you think it can safely be size down to a 6?

I'm pretty sure it can be sized down to a size 8 or so. But am no so confident about a size 6.
