It is a precision cut Afghan tourm by Gene set in a 14k antique yellow gold setting.

It looks blue-green in the Pricescope image, more green in the sale listing. Which one is closer to real life, do you think?

The blue green definitely. The green was just another color that it changes to sometimes. But the bluish teal color, the color of Gene's picture is actually very close to what it usually is.
