This past week I did let at least two PSers know that I'd reduce the price by $150.00 if purchased by a PSer, so I thought it fair to announce that offer here - just let me know you're a PSer so I can apply the discount. I've had a few back-and-forth convos on this ring but no one has committed to buy yet, so it is still available. I hope to sell it this weekend!

It's a gorgeous ring - the Hunt Country Jewelers setting is incredible detailed and executed perfectly - and unlike the majority of FCDs, this Faint Grey is well-cut, and faces up bright and silvery.

I've looked for comparables but Faint Grays are few and far between; I've only found one at Leibish at over one carat http://www.leibish.com/gray-diamond/102ct-faint-grey-round-si1-94078-16410

I love the setting. Do you know the gram weight of it? Would you consider selling it without the diamond?

I noticed it is sized 8.5 and wonder abut sizing down. I think this ring would look nice on a middle finger, but I don't know what size mine is...

Hi Sharon -
I just weighed it and the ring weighs 3.836 grams.

I would consider removing the diamond and selling the setting separately - as most of the shank is plain metal and the same width until you reach the top third of the shank, I would think a competent jeweler could size it either way 2 sizes and perhaps a bit more depending on skill and method.
