SOLD Gorgeous 6.1mm Transitional cut diamond in Barbara

From my listing:

I am listing my transitional cut diamond Barbara pendant. We recently built a new house and have yet to sell our previous house. Two mortgage payments is no fun and while I love this pendant I would prefer something more square shaped so when our house sells I will replace this with a cushion or OMC.

During the move I misplaced my appraisal for this stone but booked an appointment with my appraiser to have her confirm the stats next week (unless I find the original paper work..hopefully that's the case!!). I have owned the pendant less than 9 months so it shouldn't be far!

From memory:
1.01ct Transitional cut diamonds
6.1mm
J color
VS2 Clarity

Set in 18kt white gold Barbara pendant from BGD with 16 inch chain.

I have included a picture with my OEC earrings that are H and I color. Listing is for pendant only.

In a search of OWD and JBEG I am finding comparable stones anywhere from $4800-$6000. The Barbara setting starts at $575. I am asking $3500 plus $20 tracked and insured shipping. Please message me with any questions.

Ugh Burk, I've been there (two mortgages, while trying to sell a house) and it's no fun! I can't imagine dealing with that while pg! It's a lovely pendant so I'm sure it will sell fast. Good luck selling the house!

Thanks ladies!! It has been a stressful time for sure...building a house, trying to sell another one, pregnant with two kids under 4. This too shall pass, though.

I tried to price so it will go fast...would make a great Christmas present!!

Took it to my (very strict) independent appraiser today. Here are the stats:

1.09cts
6.25mm
H color
VS2 clarity
7.1mm with bezel

Will not change price even though it's bigger than I remembered and has higher color.
