Listed a gorgeous Peter Torraca asscher cut aquamarine in an antique platinum diamond setting over the weekend. Here are the links to LT & eBay:

This ring is a size 8 & can be re-sized. It consists of a likely unheated blue green aquamarine precision cut by Peter Torraca. It weighs 1.50 carats and measures 7.09mm x 7.12mm x 5.07mm. It has a natural feather, but Peter was able to place it near the corner of the stone so it faces-up eye clean. True antique platinum setting from the early 1900's with stunning filigree detailing and wheat engraving on both sides. Four small old cut diamonds accent the center stone -- they are approximately G-H in color, SI1-SI2 in clarity and weigh approximately 0.15ctw. It is not stamped but has been tested to be platinum & weighs approximately 3.04 grams. There appears to have been some work done at one time underneath the setting, next to one of the smallest diamonds (only on one side) -- there is a little darkening in this area but it is mostly underneath & not easily visible when worn.
