Sometimes I think I'm nuts for selling this, but after years of indecision, I've finally come to the conclusion that it's time to pull the trigger. I still think this is a magnificent diamond with near perfect specs -- cut, color and clarity are all top notch. It's a fantastic performer as these pictures show. It has been in many settings over the years, but now resides in a beautiful Leon Mege 3-stone with pear sides. The stone and setting are now for sale separately. The stone alone is $34,950. What a stunner - the ring and the stone both! Definitely a favorite look of mine. You might ask Grace to be sure that your ring is properly indexed on the site? I just went directly to her site and browsed "Rings" and then the subtopic "Signed Pieces" but didn't find it there. I had to go to "Signed Pieces" and then "Rings and Bands" to locate it. Might seem minor, but the more people who see that beauty the better!

Demelza! I just wanted to say hello and wish you the best of luck with your sale. This is a gorgeous diamond and a gorgeous setting and I agree with DS that the buyer should keep them together.

I understand the difficulty of making the decision to sell this beauty but if it means anything to you I think you are making a good decision. If you are not wearing the ring it is better to sell it to someone who will enjoy wearing it and then you can use the money for something else. Good luck!

And I also just want to add that I miss you on PS. Hope you are doing well and sending (((hugs))) your way!

I wanted to bump this thread to provide everyone with updated pricing:

The stone in its Leon Mege three-stone setting is now $35,250.

The price on the loose stone is now $31,500 which is a very competitive price!! Similar superideal stones in this size and quality are currently selling for much more (high 30k range into the low-mid 40k range)!

Demelza your diamond is enchantingly beautiful! I don't even usually go for modern cuts but the rainbows in these photos are mesmerizing. And a 3 stone Leon with pears is the *perfect* complement to this amazing diamond. Wishing you a quick sale, the buyer who nabs this will be very lucky!!
