Okay so it''s been quite a while since I last posted but I''ve finally got some good news! I got a timeline out of him! And better yet, he volunteered it all on his own! (A huge step for us as those of you who have been following my story know.)
He says it''ll be about 1 1/2 years until he proposes. It''s definitely at least 1 year away but way less than 2 years but he won''t give me the exact amount of months b/c it''ll narrow it down too much and I''ll figure it out. But from knowing 1 1/2 years, I figure it''ll put us at about my 25th birthday and/or our 7 year anniversary. However, he says that while it is a special thing to us, it isn''t necessarily a birthday or an anniversary... so, I''m a little stumped about that. Also, he has stated that it is a particular ''event'' and he would move the proposal date up sooner (says he doesn''t need 1-2 years at all, b/c really, he is ready to propose now) but he can''t change the ''event'' so therefore, he can''t change the date of the proposal without changing his plan all together. Hmm?!?!?!
And yesterday he told me to start researching rings and such and let him know what it is that I am interested in. I am not "picking" the ring out per say, b/c really, I want him to do that on his own but I do want to give him some sort of idea on what I want, especially since I don''t necessarily want a diamond.
So, that''s all, a little good news! I''m excited and of course, it makes me want to fast forward a year and a half b/c I just have no patience what-so-ever! lol.
