Something is fishy..

So as I''ve posted, my boyfriends bday is one day before our anniversary, which is Nov. 17. My boyfriend and I were supposed to go away this weekend to SF for his birthday, and he was going to surprise me the next weekend with a trip for our anniversary. His parents were paying for the trip to San Francisco as his birthday present. Well, a few nights ago, he says "My mom found a good deal to MAUI so we''re going to go there from friday-monday". Ok, so I asked him where we''re going to stay. He said he doesn''t know. I''ve asked a few more times, and finally today he says "My mom and I found a really cool hotel and I want it to be a surprise".

Now, I have a hard time trying to see why he''s surprising me for HIS birthday present. Did he plan the trip to Maui by himself, and if so, why did he even tell me at all? He knows that I know he''s ordered the ring and probably even has it, and he''s promised a proposal before Christmas. He probably thinks I''m expecting a proposal over our Anniversary, so do you think he''s going to propose this weekend to throw me off?! The anticipation is killing me! I''m definetly getting a manicure/pedicure thursday. We leave for Maui Friday early morning. Wish me luck!

How exciting!!! Good luck and hope to hear some good news. Weather should be nice around this time of year. I''m thinking if he did some research and take you to Mama''s Fish House (I think that''s the one), I''ll say it might be a proposal. It''s suppose to be a nice expensive and romantic place. Unfortunately, I wasn''t able to go there during my trip to Maui years ago. Have fun.
