Something Old, Something Blue

When I was a little girl, I used to wear and aquamarine ring that used to belong to my grandmother.
I''ve been carrying it around in a little keepsake box for years and forgot about it.
Well, recently I was looking through my box, and I found it, I had it reset into a pendant,
and now it can be my something old, something blue!
My dad just told me that he has the earrings that went with the ring, he''s going to bring them
down on his next visit, and I''m going to have them reset into dangly earrings for the big day
(they''re presently set in yellow gold, so they wouldn''t match the white gold pendant.)

How pretty and what an awesome "something blue"! I love meaningful details in weddings.

I went to a wedding where the bride and groom and written on the back of the programs histories or meanings about pieces of their attire. I don''t think I would do that jsut because I think those things are personal but I love the idea of using heirlooms, etc.

Oh Tybee, it''s beautiful!! The earrings are going to be stunning, too. I love how dainty the color is, not too flashy or anything. And it''s very BRIDAL! I love it! I have my grandma''s yellow gold wedding ring, and I''m going to wear it on our wedding day somehow, not sure how. I''m also going to wear an amber pendant my fiance got me the first time we dated almost 10 years ago, I''m going to have that wrapped around my ankle on the necklace it came with!

I was wondering if it was too small and dainty. I originally planned on
