Spinel AGL prestige report, right time & place + luck

Wow did I get lucky, After reading a post from Chrono about how hard it is to find really good spinels, and have been looking for a while, I stumbled upon this.Color scan is 55% red 45% pink, free of inclusions. Seems AGL really liked this stone. Now I am really tapped out. It was fun while it lasted. Its at the jeweler getting sized. This site is very addictive, probably need to stay away for a little while.

Dori: we don't want to see the report, we want to see the stone, lol! Congrats on your find. However, I think what was said is that its hard to find neon red or neon pinkish red spinels for a sane price. That said, I see that the AGL report says that it has 100% brilliancy - which I'm not sure I've seen in a report before, so congrats!

The ring looks spectacular and definitely glows in the photos on Grace's site - the colors in the other photos certainly look neon even if the AGS photo does not. Can' wait to see your pics once you have it in hand!
