So I've recently finished up two Spinel projects, a bracelet and a pendant! I only have vendor photos of the bracelet (I ran out of daylight but will take more photos later).

The bracelet Spinel is as follows per the ebay vendor (wimongem): 2.14 ct, 6.7x7.75x4.75 mm, Color-Grey Blue, Clarity VS, Treatment None, Origin Ceylon.

The pendant Spinel details are as follows (ebay vendor odysseygem): 1.18 ct., Clarity: VS, Color:Purple To Purplish Pink, Shape: Cushion-cut, Tone:6 Medium Dark, Origin:Tanzania, Hue:P, No Treatment, Saturation:5 Strong.
Size: 5.9 x 5.4 x 4.3 mm.

IRL the bracelet Spinel is definitely on the darker side. Daniel M. made the bracelet, my own design. The pendant is a beautiful color change very true to the photos, a local jeweler, 5th Avenue Designs in Cherry Creek North made the pendant.

Overall very happy! I will definitely be wearing the pendant daily with my buttercup set diamond, the bracelet will be more of a special occasion type wear due to how dainty it is.

Onto the photos! :appl:

Wow, love them. The rose gold looks amazing with the pendant spinel and makes it look strikingly violet blue. Congrats!

Neat, both of them. The rose gold is great for the bracelet -- brings out the blue of the spinel beautifully, and I love the gallery. Your pendant is really adorable!

Very delicate and beautiful pieces. :appl:

Thank you!
Yes once the pendant Spinel stone was set it really did make the color pop! IRL it looks like my version of what a perfect Tanzanite would look like in most lighting, it occasionally shifts to the lighter purplish pink color which is fine by me

Thank you very much. The gallery was my favorite part! Yes, when the stone was loose it looked like a very dark green and then once it was set it looked like a nicer blue. Very happy :appl:

I love love L  VE that bracelet!!! So pretty, and the rose gold looks FAB!! :appl:

Question: how do you keep the bracelet from swiveling around with the spinel on the inside of your wrist?

I haven't been able to keep it from swiveling when wearing it alone. It stays put when I stack it with a bangle or two. That's one of the reasons I don't wear it everyday, actually contemplating turning it into another pendant.

Very pretty! I love the bracelet, too bad it spins. It could easily be made into a pendant & would look great that way as well!

really pretty especially the spinel pendant! the rose gold really brings out the color of both spinels - great choice.

I wondered about this and the flipping issue too; perhaps if modified into a solid style such as a bangle or cuff might keep it balanced better?

I love how setting them really made them come alive! I really like that style of bracelet. Sorry it's not turning out to be very practical. One thing you might consider is adding a bar to either side, kinda like an ID bracelet. Like this:
-------==O==-------
(Chain is dash, bar is equals, stone is O)

I one line that growing up and it worked well.
