The article still freaked me out..."he''ll put her up in a house nearby so he can visit HIS child whenever he wants..." blech. But that adlib at the end...hysterical. Good joke dad. ROFL.

Hmm.... I think its funny that they would "keep up the charade of a relationship until after the baby is born and through the summer". I guess that the magazine is giving them enough time to split up, so even if the couple is not planning to separate NOW, if they do within the next few months, the magazine comes out looking like the hero with all the right information!!
 
Well I hope for her sake that it is true because he is insane.

Well, you know there was speculation about Jessica and Nick breaking up years before they actually did...(which was sad) so that alone gives me hope for Katie. I just hope the child turns out healthy and is raised in SOME sort of healthy environment. I''ve always thought since the beginning when Tom was jumping on couches that the whole thing was publicity for BOTH their movies that were about to come out, but I''ve always hoped that she would come to her senses and get the heck out of dodge before she became one of those women who couldn''t make noise during her labor, or for 7 days after, if that''s really true. But WHATEVER. Who am I to judge????

Maybe this is unkind, but it might be better for the child to be raised without those two as a couple. Tom seems to have become a bit of an oddball of late, maybe he or she will have a more normal upbringing with Katie as a single parent. Again it seems odd after all the fanfare and leaping up and down on couches yelling " I LOVE THIS WOMAN" to just a short time later splitsville...doesn''t seem all that long ago we were all scrutinizing her ring

I seriously always hate when I see a couple on the cover of the gossip mags (well a couple other than K&T that is) where it says SPLIT or something...because even if they just say it''s a rumor, typically within a few months the truth comes out and it turns out to be true....so almost anytime I see a couple in a mag where they say they are breaking up a few times, even if it''s disputed by the couple, eventually it seems true.

So even if RIGHT NOW this is not admittedly true, then I''m sure it will be soon. For the best definitely. Now onto Britney and KFed!!!

I totally agree. It''s funny how it says they they are going to put on the facade of still being together until after the baby and their reps say that the story is 100% false. Well there''s the first denial of the truth.

I hope Madonna and Guy Ritche is false but alas it''s probably true.

Has there ever been a story of a couple breaking up and it actually was false?
 
Unfortunately Caribou I can''t think of one that ended up to be TOTALLY false over time.

Which is really sad!!

I say the Madonna and Guy thing recently too and thought OH NO!
 
I like Madonna and Guy Ritchie. He seems like the type who doesn''t take any sh*t from her. I will be sad if what''s being said about them is true.
 
I had hopes that Madge and Guy might make it, but it doesn''t look hopeful.

I sincerely hope Katie escaped Tom''s hold. I feel sorry for the offspring of these two couples and feel that these are two examples where divorce(or never marrying) would be in the best interest of the kids in the long run. Maybe Brit could focus more on her child instead of wondering where her hubby is.
 
I am crossing my fingers that it is true!!! Tom is a major nut. Katie would be better off without him.

We had a friend who, while she worked in the entertainment industry knew that Tom and a man were seeing each other. I can''t for the life of me remember what his name is, but I think he was a director or something.. she swore by it when my fiancee asked her about it.

He''s a pig.. uh.. did I say that already? ROFL.. I''m GLAD he and Nicole aren''t together.. and I think he took advantage of a young, pretty naiive girlie... kind of like Nicolas Cage and his child bride.. UGH!! Can I just rant and say THAT ONE also makes me sick? UGH UGH!!! LOL!!!

Can I just say.... while some marriages with age difference do work, and I applaud them.. My ex husband and I had 13 years between us, I was stupid, naiive and just barely 18 when we met.. and I totally fell for everything he said because I wanted to. If I werent engaged, and were in the dating circle.. I still could not imagine dating someone that age.. a few years yes... but not 13! I realized in my 30s that we were not walking the same direction.. besides the fact that the older I got, the more independant I became and he became more abusive.. RUN GIRLS RUN!!
