Thank you Bron, I have a thread in coloured stones. This one is to see whether any Pricescope friends are offloading a jewel in these dimensions. I'd consider a diamond but cushions aren't my first pick.

I'm open to a variety of stone colours!

I haven't put it up yet but I have a very pretty 6.5mm round Winza sapphire precision-cut by Gene Flanigan (Precision Gem) I am ready to let go of ...it is eyeclean and looks purple/blue most of the time with some glimpse of red depending on lighting (if you can imagine).

I'm selling this Merelani Mint, but it would need some minor adjustment to prongs (slightly lengthened I think) to accommodate the slightly bigger dimensions:

That said, I'm a big believer in accent diamonds to really offset colored stones, and not to shoot myself in the foot here, but this stone would look great with side diamonds

I was just thinking how a darker toned stone would look awesome, and then Marymm posts the sapphire - that color would look great!

I have a 1 carat 6 by 6 yellow tourmaline I am selling for 100 dollars - cushion cut by a precision cutter in the US. Let me know if that is something you are looking for. It’s a light yellow and goes with everything. The blue tourmaline in this pic is also for sale but it’s a bit bigger.

Are you open to making prong adjustments?

Ooh so many cute options! Pricescopers have the best taste!

Since I'm buying second hand with no returns I'd want to be conservative about making changes. Do prong changes affect how the stone site in the setting? I like the basket a lot and would want the stone to sit down in it like her original if possible. I don't know how I would get the stone set either - any suggestions?

I don’t know what your stone budget is, but I have a Burmese red spinel purchased last year from Gary @ Finewater that would probably fit this setting about perfectly; I was eyeing it as well specifically for this spinel, in fact. But realistically, I probably won’t get around to setting it anytime soon with so many other things going on (renovating, buying & selling homes right now and I really want to set my new diamond first). I really do love the spinel, and won’t be heartbroken in the least to keep it, but I would let it go to be worn & loved by someone vs sitting in the safe-dungeon for probably another year.
