WTB Strong or Very Strong Blue Flourescence that isn't hazey or milky

I am looking for an OEC or RBC with strong or very strong blue fluorescence that isn't hazey. Must be eye clean and a good cut. Hoping around 2ct+, can go lower color. 10,000 or under

This stone is smaller than desired, but I immediately though of it and it is absolutely gorgeous! I have had a stone with VSB and when not milky, they can be really pretty.
