Super quick 2nd reception dress advice needed!

I need more dress help ladies! We got married in June... but we''re having a second reception for his friends and family in Dec. It''s going to be summer though, because it''s in the Southern Hemisphere. I just realized that I need to be looking for a dress now, while summer stuff is still around (and on sale

).

The reception is going to pretty informal, I think. His parents are hosting it at their house, and are having it catered, (a buffet). It''s going to start at 5:00pm and be a dinner thing.

So, what do y''all think of this dress? Yellow is generally a good color on me, and I like the sweetheart neckline... but it''s one of the dresses where I can''t really tell if it''s really cute or really ugly! It''s 20% off the regular sale price (Bluefly) until tomorrow morning, so I''m hoping for some quick help! Thanks y''all!

lizzie you totally have the bod for that and you are small so i think a short dress with heels would look wonderful on you! the only thing i'd just be sure about is that the yellow does work on you...yellow looks horrible on me even though i really like it...hehee. but if yellow does look fab on you (visit the tanning bed a few extra days, hehee)...then i love it!

I love that dress! You definitely need some strappy heels and maybe a little shrug/cardigan sweater to put over it if you get cold later in the eve. Then it will be perfect! It's definitely a pretty dress, not something anybody would think is ugly.

Mara- Yes, I am definitely going to have to get a tan to pull off the yellow. By Dec. I am usually so pasty... gonna need to pay a visit to the tanning salon.

And yes, it''s interesting how yellow really does look great on some people. I''m asian, so you think yellow in yellow would be as wrong as wrong can be...but it''s one of my better colors. It''s too bad the colors I really do like don''t look all that great on me.
