SUPER thin micro pave band

I am looking for where to buy (online preferably) a ring very similar to the super thin micro pave band next to this trinity band that Cameron Diaz wore in a picture I saw.
I would love it in any gold or diamond color. (even sapphires would do)

Simon G makes a 1.7mm micropave. It''s very dainty and pretty and sparkly! I tried it on at a Robbin''s Brothers.

Leon Mege has lovely thin micropave. I think around 2mm? Maytal Hannah does as well.

Ritani''s bands are just under 2mm and I don''t know your ring size but Pearlman''s has 2 daniel k pave wedding bands that are under 2mm in their closeout section right now.

the diamonds on the ER''s shank and the band don''t rub together... sorry i don''t have any close ups... maybe i''ll take some when i have time...
