tacori settings...

quick question everyone...

am i supposed to send my diamond off to tacori for them to actually set the stone? or is my jeweler supposed to do that and tacori send over the ring? thanks everyone.

Tacori will only honor their gaurentee if they set the stone. So...get insurance on the stone and send it to tacori to be set. That is what we did.

Your jeweler should send the ring to Tacori.

Ditto, DH had the diamond sent there to be set. Be sure the jeweler insures the stones b4 sending, as ours was lost in the mail and DH had to choose another one after 2 months of waiting to get the ring back from Tacori. The jeweler finally called after DH kept pestering and Tacori claimed that they never received the diamond

So nevertheless my ring took about 6 months to finally come since there were a couple more little probs. But once DH got it, it was all worth it
