I''m engaged!!!!!
He proposed last night in the backyard by the firepit. I''d been wanting to light upthe fire pit in the backyard so I came home from spending the day with a friend and the firepit was lit. We opened a bottle of wine and I went out and stood in front of the fire with my wine in hand and he came out and hugged me from behind and started whispering really sweet stuff in my ears...some of the sweetest things a girl would ever want to hear. In that moment I thought, "oh my gosh, he''s going to propose!" but then he didn''t! lol. I thought, Duh girl! That''s not coming for a few more weeks!!" and then we started talking about something else...our day, what we were going to do the next day, etc.
The ring is gorgeous!!!! I actually gasped when I saw it and said, "Oh my god!" I love it!!!! and it is HUGE!!!!!

Then about five minutes later he comes up to me again and starts in with the sweet stuff and that time I KNEW, it was happening now. He told me that he couldn''t wait to start a family together and he is so excited about the rest of our lives and the journeys we are going to go on together. He tells me that he is going to love me forever and asks me if I will love him forever. I said yes and that is when he got down on one knee and said, "Will you marry me?" and I said, "Yes!!"
