The large greens are naturals - part of the original rough diamond left by the cutter. The rest may well be chips (bad) or abrasions caused by the original cutter that are called bearding. GIA may not grade those features harshly.
Thanks for weighing in Gary. Would a stone like this have to be bezel set to protect the girdle?
Looks like a knife edge girdle.
If you bought this to me to set you would sign a huge waiver that I would force you to wear around your neck in a lariat

It’s a pretty stone. But due to the inclusion locations and number, I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing a recut. Plus, I’d be paying for diamond weight that I need to cut away.
